We originally hired Steve Miller to troubleshoot our sprinkler system. After he fixed our sprinkling issues we got to talking about some other problems that have been progressively getting worse. Last summer I began to notice on one side of our landscaping was beginning to die with a strange looking silver covering After lawn companies treating far a -fungus problem" I pretty much lost an entire side of my landscape and the rest was pretty bad. When speaking with Steve about how frustrating it has been for the last year, he started to lank at the plants themselves something that no one else had taken the time to do. Steve stated that he didn't think the plants were infected with a fungus and that he would need to take samples to confirm what he thought it might be. In two days I had the answer to what exactly has devastated our landscape it was a new bug to Florida called "Chili Thrips" now i had never heard of this and obviously neither had the other well know lawn care companies. Steve volunteered to get some other experts involved to see if we could treat and save what was left of my landscape and he did just so. Dr Osborne along with other experts came to my home personally and took sample himself. They took the time to go around my neighborhood to confirm that this was not a community problem. For the first time I felt reassured. After working with many of the bigger lawn companies in the area, Steve was the first one to make us feel like we were an important customer, not just one of many accounts. His level of service and knowledge far surpasses any other company I have worked with. would definitely recommend you to anyone I know. We wanted to take a moment to thank you for the services that you provided at the new home. We called three different companies to give us quotes on pest and lawn care service. After meeting with all three companies we were impressed by your professionalism, knowledge of services, and your hands on approach to ensure we were informed and knowledgeable about the services you provide as well as the difference in services from other vendors. During the quoting process, you went the extra mile to show us how to operate our sprinkler system. You weren't afraid to get your hands dirty or your clothes wet and you identified a problem with a broken pipe that we were unaware of free of charge. During the sprinkler repairs, you made sure that we were informed of any additional repairs that were needed, the urgency of the repair and the cost associated with each. After seeing the dedication you have to your customers. there was no doubt in our mind that Miller Pest Solutions -you'd tic best company to take care of the services 'i.e needed for our home.

Your services impressed us even more during the initial service of the pest and lawn control. You were more than willing to work around our hectic schedule. After arriving right on time, you were very diligent and detailed in your pest control initial service. Our home was empty for 10 months before we purchased it and there were quite a few unwanted pests. After your initial service, we were proud to know that these pests were no longer residents within our home. Almost immediately after the initial lawn care service and sprinkler repairs, we noticed a difference in our lawn. Our lawn was greener. thicker and most of all had a softer feel. We are proud that out of all the lawns on our street, ours looks the best!
